Seikoku No Dragonar or Dragonar Academy is about school for people who partners with dragons. (Something about soul sharing and all the cliche stuff)

Except.... he gets this.... Yup that is a dragon
I said WTF, than I realized I read the manga version of this... Just that I forgot.
Oh this series has some good fan service. Like these
