Non Non Biyori

Well, I didn't have much things to do during time off so I watched few anime that I had saved in my portable hard drive. I have skipped few anime during last few years so I just watched them.

I wanted to show this anime to this blog. It called 'Non Non Biyori'

Its not a greatest anime or anything. Its light slice of life comedy. Its about a school in country side that has only handful of students. (6 I think and they were all different grade sharing one room.)



However, it reminded me of my childhood and my school.

Yup I grew up in country side in Korea so school was very simple.

And the lunch we had... if we were lucky... were like this... and that MILK!!!
GOSH DARN THOSE MILKS!

My school's hallway was like this too. Including faucet. We drank and washed out of that faucet. Heh, I used to use those cans to catch rain waters too.

My Elementary School classroom was like this as well. Bare compare to what we have now. 

Oh and that heater. We didn't have HVAC system. We opened windows during summer and used charcoal heater during winter. Hehe I remember having to deliever those black charcoal to class and making a whole mess. (This guys have kerosene heater... lucky them.)

The show showed some country side very well like this convenient store. 

Well enough about my past. Now back to anime.

The anime is very light. Not my kind of style. However this is like how Lucky Star was like. very light hearted theme and comedy that makes you laugh and smile.

For example in this picture the girls yells out something about being spartan.
