The kit was painted mostly with Tamiya Paint. That off white color was done by mixing little bit of brown to flat white. It was than dry brushed and weathered with Tamiya Weathering master. The metallic part like its gun was done using Vallejo's new Metal Color Airbrush Colors. It is Acrylic so I was able to use it indoors but unlike others Acrylic Metals colors the pigment is very fine and finish is really good. I have not try to buff if but even without buffing it looks great.
My only gripe was the stickers. It does not fit well in few places and it got in the with the weathering, making it very ugly. I really with it came with water slide decals.
Even so The kit came out very well with bit of paint job.
Here are few pictures. I do not like posing a painted kit since it scrapes the paint. However I wanted to test the Acrylic Metal Color and once properly dried. (24hours) and with Vallejo Primer it had very tough finish.
Please enjoy the gallery.
This Kit was very poseable, even at painted state. For now this is the pose I am going to use. It just looks bas ass with all those weapons.
