My first P-Bandai kit...
The box art could use a little help but I heard this is how all P-Banidai kits are as so \can't complain...
I don't know what I was expecting. I bought it, even paid its over priced price. (I think it was around $80 compared to around $40 for regular kit. However I love Tallgeese kits and so I ordered this and the Tallgeese III kit. (Coming soon)
This kit is not that different from regular Tallgeese kit. In fact it is the same kit with few more custom sprues and extra page of manual with decal instruction.
The decals are lacking... compared to regular version, but at least its water slide.
And for $80 kit its not without imperfections... like this shield... Oh well I am going to paint it anyways. Its just extra sanding...
Either way this kit might have looked good even without painting. Look at this grey color. This picture doesn't show it but it was really good looking color.
Here are all the sprues. Because of extra parts, there were alot of left overs.
And here it is... All painted... I used the regular color scheme. I think that blue looks gorgeous.
Here is a little better shot.
The kit however it not without issues. Like the regular Tallgeese kit the torso is weak so it bends easy and ankle is weak and ankle skirt keeps popping out. I glued those except the angle joint, so now it stands by itself even with the backpack pushed out. Because of this This kit will be displayed in static position, and I have no other shots in action poses. This kit didn't like stand either.
Its same as regular kit. Only difference is the color and the head.
And here is the infamous gun. The part of the barrel piece was omitted during construction so I can pose it on its famous pose. (Its in the instruction)
Its gorgeous looking kit... but so not worth the money.
