Figure-Rise Standard Fumina Hoshino

 When this kit was first announced, my thought was 'Another one?' The first Fumina kits were disappointing, but when I heard it was part of Figure-Rise Standard I had my hopes up that this would be a good kit. I mean, Ayaka and Mobile Doll May was an awesome kit. When I saw the picture, however, I was disappointed. Proportions were all wrong. Wide shoulder, narrow hip, She had a proportion of a man with a giant pair of breast. Add weird proportional arm to make it weird, but make her naked with spats to pull in the guys for sex appeal. No matter how I look at it, it was their sad attempt to milk more out of Fumina who isn't even my favorite girl from Gundam series. 

After building it and painting it though, I ended up liking this kit, and even recommending it. 

HGGTO MS-05S Zaku I Char Custom

Last month was horrible. Genshin Impact did take most of my time but when I did work on model kits, I end up making a lot of mistakes. 

So, I took out a new HG kit for the weekend build. Man, it feels good going back to a simple build. 

This is MS-05S Zaku I Char Aznable version. It is an HG kit from Gundam the Origin. 

I really love Gunpla. So simple, so easy, so relaxing. 

I had three day weekend, and I finished it during that time. Although, I didn't do the final assembly until Wednesday since I wanted the Vallejo Mecha Color topcoat to cure properly before I pose this thing. 

As expected of the Origin kit, It has a lot of details, yet simple to build and great to pose. 

Aika Aikawa

 This is Aika Aikawa from Alice Gear Aegis. It is a scale model kit made in collaboration with Kotobukiya Megami Device and Alice Gear Aegis. She is also the first loli series from Megami Device and she is a cutie. 

I was a bit surprised when they announced this, but in the end, this kit ends up being a great kit. I just wish I hadn't messed it up while painting it. 

Lala Satalin Deviluke Maid Version from E2046

 This is Lala Satalin Deviluke Maid Version. It is a resin kit from E2046 and she is a character from ToLoveRu. 

HG Earthree Gundam

    When I first saw this mobile suit in anime, I was a bit surprised at its core Gundam. I thought it was weird looking in a good way but when I saw it transform into Earthree Gundam, I wasn't impressed with it. 

    With the popularity of Gundam Build Diver Re: Rise, I have seen a lot of Earthree Gundam build by many people and some of them really good so I decided to purchased and build one. 

    The build was fun, even the painting, but the design of the MS? It was not for me. It has a lot of lines and design elements, but for some reason, it was a bit bland. 

Ludens

 This is Ludens from Kojima Production made by Kotobukiya. I am assuming she is a character from Kojima Production's latest game Death Stranding. I haven't played the game yet but I heard great things about it. 

As for the kit, what a kit this is. 

HG RX-78 Gundam the Origin Version

This is the HG RX-78 Gundam the Origin Version.

HG GAT-04 Windam

Here is High-Grade GAT-04 Windam, a grunt suit from the Gundam Seed series that I finished building. 

Not a bad kit, but a little disappointing. 

Diver Ayame

This is Figure-Rise Standard Diver Ayame from Bandai. She is a character from Gundam Build Divers. 

Honestly, I think this is the last great Gundam girl series that Bandai made. The last one has been a disappointment.

Michael Resin Kit

This is Michael from Seven Heavenly Virtues. It is a resin kit that I have purchased from E2046. She is supposed to represent Faith as an angel of faith. I am not familiar with this series, but when I saw the figurine on E2046, with its fiery angelic look, I was interested and I purchased it. 

MG Gunner Zaku Warrior [Lunamaria Hawke Custom]

This is Master Grade Gunner Zaku Warrior Lunamari Hawke Custom from Bandai. This Master Grade shows what the future Master Grade will be. I am not sure I like it or not.

The Zaku Gunner is from Gundam Seed Destiny. When I first saw it I thought it was a great re-design of the original Zaku with more sleek and modern design. This particular model is a custom version for a pilot Lunamira Hawke.

Momoka and Momokapool

These are Momoka resin kit and HGBD Momokapool from Bandai. 

The Momoka resin kit is from GK-M and I built Momokapool to add it as a background. I didn't think much of the Momokapool kit but it ended up being a surprise.

30MM Alto

This was my entry to NewTypeHQ 2020 bracket challenge. Unfortunately, I lost at Semi-Finals but I wasn't surprised since there were so many good entries.

This was my first build of the Bandai's new 30 minutes mission line. I only built it for this contest and I regret not building this earlier.

Kobu-Kai (Sakura Shinguji Type)

Oh boy. The theme song played over and over again as I built this kit. such a nostalgic machine.

This is 1/20 scale Kobu-Kai, Sakura Shinguji Type from Bandai. This particular model is from the game Sakura Wars 2. I am not sure why they used the Kobu-kai from Sakura Wars 2 since the original Sakura Wars is more well know due to the anime but I will take it. 

HG MS-06CK Zaku Half Cannon (Gundam The Origin Ver.)

I really love HG line of Origin kits. 

This is MS-06CK Zaku Half Cannon that I have built. The original kit was amazing so it didn't take much to make this kit look great. 

Mobile Doll May

Bandai has been on a roll with their figurine kit with Mobile Doll Sarah quickly becoming my favorite. I was excited when this kit was announced because she looked awesome when she was introduced in the anime series.

Boy was I disappointed when I finished this kit.

Gene Stella Innocent Ver.

This is Gene Stella Innocent Ver. from Kotobukiya, and oh boy is she THIC.

She is a character from a video game called Phantasy Star Online 2. The games is old but it will be released soon in US and with that Kotobukiya released this kit.

And oh wow is she THIC.

HG Hyaku-Shiki

I have always loved Hyaku-Shiki for its magnificent golden armor. I always wanted to build its MG variant but something about the HG model always pulled me in.

This is actually a revive version that came out around 2016. Unlike the older kit, it has a slim and athletic look with great proportion so I picked one up.
